Meet Our Team

Lupe Ontiveros
Owner
I'm Lupe Ontiveros, and my husband and I own Richartz Plastering. Before stepping into ownership, I spent over two decades in the insurance industry in program management and underwriting; responsible for the profitability and underwriting discipline of the programs I managed, with deep experience in P&L management. At Richartz, I bring that same discipline to the company's oversight and overall profitability. My commitment is simple: the same crew, the same craftsmanship, and the same name homeowners have trusted since 1989 backed by careful, accountable management of the business behind it.
Carlos Chacon
Sales & Operations
As the face of Richartz Plastering, Carlos leads all sales and operations. He's the first point of contact for clients and the driving force behind every project from estimate to completion, making sure each job is delivered on time, on budget, and to the standard our name stands for.

Haley Sonetti
Estimating / Take-Offs
The daughter of founder Scott Richartz, Haley handles take-offs for every project, carefully measuring plans and quantifying materials so each job is bid accurately and starts on solid footing. Her work keeps estimates precise and her continued role carries her father's standard forward into everything we do.
Guillermo “Memo” Uribe
Lath Master
Memo has been with Richartz Plastering since 1997 and is our lath master. His precise work lays the foundation for every flawless finish that follows, and his craftsmanship is the backbone of jobs done right the first time.

Hector Gamiz
Stucco Artist
Hector has been with Richartz Plastering since 1998. Hector is our stucco artist and one of the most experienced hands on the crew. He combines technique with a careful eye for detail, delivering durable, beautiful stucco finishes on every project he touches.
Luis Robles
Scaffold & Site Safety Manager
Luis oversees all scaffolding for Richartz Plastering and is certified by Safety Compliance Management, Inc. He ensures every job site is set up safely and efficiently, keeping the crew secure and the work moving from the ground up.
